The Lowndes is in Belgravia and you can use the health club at their sister hotel the Carlton Towers around the block.

The Waldorf Hilton, The Hilton London Mews, London Hilton, Renaissance Chancery Court and Marriott Marble Arch are the few that I know of. Look at the chain hotels' websites.

Very amusing elaine.

The Lanesborough as I'm sure you are aware is a deluxe property - one of the finest "new" hotels in London.

Don't restrict yourself to a four star as you can probably get a five star on priceline for little more money. But then again, what is your budget? Where in central London? It is a large area you know!
