Help with London accomodation - totally confused now.
I will be arriving in London at the start of august & traveling solo. I have 4 nights in London on my own before meeting up with my husband.
Last time I was in London was 2009.
I am trying to find somewhere to stay on my own. Somewhere I will feel comfortable and safe. ( I know that really should not be a problem)
I will be flying into LHR and after 4 nights in London, I will need to go to Lutton airport, So I am thinking of staying around Kensington/Earls Court area.
Looking at 3 hotels: Premier Inn Kensington (Olympia) Or Premier Inn Kensington (Earls Court) or Park Grand London Kensington.
Can anyone advise me which is the better of the 3 in terms of location & accessibility to and from airports. Or does anyone have any other suggestions.
I am getting confused, and I think I am over thinking it all.
My budget is 100 to 150 pounds per night, ($200 - $300 aud) ($150 - $300 usd) , but I am a bit flexible on this.

Not a good location for your itinerary. Much better would be somewhere around Kings Cross/St Pancras. The tube from LHR goes there and the train to Luton leaves from there.
None of those three hotels will be the best for your plan
You won't have any trouble finding accommodations in your budget around Kings Cross and the goo thing is you'll be next door to the British Library and close to the British Museum.

There is a Premier Inn near Kings Cross. In fact, I believe it's called the Premier Inn Kings Cross. I haven't stayed there but have stayed at the Great Northern Kings Cross and the St. Pancreas Renaissance.
