Help!! with honeymoon-Italy,bora bora or Egypt
I do not know what to do. If we had the money we would go to all 3 places, but we can't. We have only been to Italy (florence, rome, venice, verona)of the 3 places. I know that each place is beautiful and has its own charm but we can't decide for ourselves. Can you help us decide and give us your input. Any help is appreciated.Thank you.
3 places and we loved it we wouldn't mine

Hi Jenni,
First of all, forget Italy and go somewhere new. A vacation in Egypt is all about ancient history and sightseeing; Bora bora is all about nature: the wildlife and vegetation, the beach, and the sea. So you have to decide what how you want to spend your days. I love sightseeing and history and would much rather go to Egypt than Bora Bora. But this is what you and your fiance have to discuss--how do you want to spend your time during your honeymoon.

Jenni, Like Carol said, it really depends on what kind of honeymoon you want. We decided to go to Italy on our honeymoon because we wanted romance, beautiful sites, wonderful food, etc. We spent 4 days in Positano, another 4 in Capri, then 3 days in Rome. We had an unbelievable time. I know people who've both loved and hated Bora Bora and Egypt. All three are very different. I wouldn't concern myself with "going somewhere new" unless that was the kind of thing you were looking for.

Wow...what varied destinations. Of course, it depends on what you are looking for...but here is my two cents.
I have been to all of these places and they are all spectacular. As you have been to Italy it may be nice to explore another part of the world. Even so, my choice would be Italy hands down. For a honeymoon, it offers everything. Egypt is great, especially if you travel the Nile by boat, but for me it is not as relaxing as Italy or bora bora. For a honeymoon, I want to first relax, then enjoy my spouse in a region that encourages spending time together. Dining is important for me and my wife...thus Italy. Bora bora is exotic, and would be my second choice. You will lose yourself in paradise. But Italy has it all. Food, art, interesting small towns, great cities and a lot of variety without time wasting travel. For me it a pace thing. Egypt is likely to be more on the go. Bora bora the exact opposite. Italy, whatever you want it to be.
Good luck, you can't go wrong.
