Look into inexpensive flights on spanair.com or iberia.com for Madrid to Seville if you are not staying in Madrid. From Seville, then drive to Ronda. After Ronda catch flight from Malaga to Barcelona. Malaga airport is close to Ronda.

I'm not sure when you will be going there, but my husband & I spent about a week there last May and had an amazing time. We started in Puerto de Santa Maria and made our way to Arcos de la Frontera, Ronda, Grenada, Sevilla, southern Portugal and then back to Jerez (for a quick stop) before flying to Madrid. We rented a car at the airport in Jerez and loved the flexibility of stopping at small towns along the way. It is beautiful and lots of fun. We did not book hotels in advance but, instead, stopped at a local travel agent who booked our hotels through a coupon or voucher system. I can't remember exactly what it is called but I'm sure if you go to one you can find out. The downside is you have to book in advance but the upside is that we did not pay more than 50 euros for any of our hotels and they were all quite nice. Hope this helps - have a great time!

Flagaija,
The AVE to Seville is a good idea. You could pick up a car (autoeurope.com) and drive to Ronda and some white villages from there. You don't want the car until you leave Seville--not a good city to drive in, but a great place--try to catch the flamenco show at Los Gallos.
Mamom,
I assume you're referring to bancotel coupons which I've used in Spain and are very cost effective. They have a website--bancotel.es.
Have a great trip.
