Help with accomodation in Salardu

I'm planning to drive from Girona to San Sebastian over 3 days in mid May 2015.
The plan is to spend a night in Salardu, another night around Tena tramacastilla
and then onwards to San Sebastian.
Can anyone please advise if this itinerary is feasible?
Also I've been trying to book accommodation in Salardu but recommended ones such as
Mauberme, Colomers etc does not seem to take reservation from May onwards.
Understand that things are abit slow there in May/June. Or perhaps I'm booking too early.
Anyone has any recommendation for accommodation in Salardu in mid May?

Thanks

It's cycling season in the Pyrenees (Ronde de L'Isard), so it would appear that the Hotel Mauberme is already booked in mid-May.

You might want to try a the Parador de Artíes (www.parador.es/en/paradores/parador-de-arties)

Thanks Robert. Will check it out.
Also do you think the driving itinerary: Girona
- night stop Salardu - night stop around Tramacastilla de Tena - San Sebastian is doable?

No problem. You can check out El Priviegio de Tena if you want to stay somewhere a little more upscale (http://elprivilegio.com/en/). There is also the Hotel La Casueña and Hotel Bocale to choose from. There is also the Panticosa Resort/Spa (www.panticosa.com).

The drive into San Sebastián from El Priviegio is about 217 kms, through Jaca and Pamplona.

Thanks alot for your help Robert.
I'm considering to book aparthotel Piedrafita lodge at Piedrafita de Jaca near to Tramacastilla de Tena. Its very close to nature and the apartments look great!

Sorry to trouble you again Robert, but if I drove from Tramacastilla to SS via St Jean Pied de Port will that be too ambitious?

It will add some time to the drive, but it's not that bad. It's quicker if you go over the pass into France, but the drive through Aragon and Navarra is also scenic.
