HELP Technical probs

Hi All

I have been trying to email a reply to Paulo's repost of my thread for 2 days!

I then decided to email fodors using the write to us form from the home page.

Clicking on Send does nothing, nada, zilch.

Anyone remember the email address for their technical help staff?

Thanks
Kavey

I had no problems at all sending it to the top ... Are you also experiencing problems to post replies to other threads? Maybe your computer doesn't go along with P. Well very well :-)

Paulo
Hi Paulo

I have been happily posting to lots of other messages, and new messages too without any problem...

How weird...

Could you post my reply for me, which is a bit weird as it is partially to you anyway?

I could email it to you?

I dont know why such a problem...

Paulo

I just experienced a similar problem in the Grab bag forum. I chopped the post into two and it was OK.
I have done the same on the Pat Wells one and it worked.
I didnt think it would be that as I have successfully posted much longer posts before.
I only chop them when they get much longer.

Maybe the length of post accepted depends on business of Fodor server on the day?

Thanks again

I "suspect" that there's a time out protection in Fodors server. If the server is not able to "swallow" the content of a post within that time frame it simply ignores it ...
Paulo
