Help please, need a Dentist in Rome
Hi all,
travelling and have a very bad toothache, asked the hotel staff for assistance and they gave us a local dentist and even tried to call them for us, but busy line. Went to the office but it's only accessed via the downstairs intercom and no response to my very limited italian. Another kind man in the building explained (with absolutely no English) that there was another Dentist down the street (which we found) but again no answer via the intercom. Any suggestions for a dentist in rome who deals with emergency appointments and/or speaks English would be very much appreciated. JT |

Once it has been remedied, make sure to get a proper bill and have the dentist write down exactly what he did, as all or some of this visit could be covered by your travel insurance.
I was very fortunate as my homeowner's travel insurance covered a $900 root canal my last trip to the states. So now I pray all my tooth problems occur on my trips to the States, as they are not covered while here at home with my medical insurance. |
qwovadis and lincasanova,
thanks for the tips and advice. Have sorted the problem for now. as I mentioned on another link. Will check out the insurance side if things get worse for now, thats crazy how the insurance thing works probably the same for mine. Tks again. |
