Help please deciding on apartment rental in barcelona
 

Trying to decide between two apartment rentals in barcelona for our August visit for our family of four first time to barcelona. One is on Pg de Gracia just above plaza catalunya. The second one is right near and just below plaza de tetuan. Originally wanted a place in barri gotic but these both seem wonderful. not kmowing rhe area makes it so difficult. Thank you so much.

The apartment at Plaça Tetuan is only a 10-minute walk from the Passeig de Gràcia.

They are both central, good locations. Probably better
than BG.

I would have chosen the below Tetuán apt. for the more relaxed and local feel ambience and still close to everything. Passeig de Gracia just above Catalunya is of course excellent, but much more hectic area full of tourists.

Is the tetuan area close to to BG? as I'd love to be in that area and am also considering one off Old Pi square.

BG is also full of tourists, the narrow streets make the area feel even more crowded .
It is all. within 10 min walk at the most.

Tetuan is fairly close to BG (0,7 miles) and even closer to the medieval and vibrant El Born district: http://www.barcelona-tourist-guide.c...s/el-born.html

15 minutes walk from Tetuan to the heart of Barri Gotic, and taxis are always all around and very affordable.
