Help planning a special trip for 13 year old boy's birthday
 

I am relocating to Copenhagen in mid-June and my son's 13th birthday falls soon afterwards. Looking for suggestions to plan a special birthday trip. Not looking to break the bank but want to spend a little to make it special. Am willing to travel out of the country also. Looking at a 2-3 days trip. Any suggestions about what can make a 13 year old boy's face light up for a milestone birthday spent away from friends and family?

Right in Copenhaen, he will love the Experimentarium City.

And, of course, the Tivoli.

And the viking ship in Roskilde.

Or maybe a fishing trip on a boat?
