HELP! need meteora area hotel recommendation
 

Hi
Can someone please recommend some hotels in the Meteora area? We will be staying there overnight while visiting the monasteries. Thanks for your help.

We stayed at the Amalia hotel some time ago on our overnight visit.A little way from the town of Kalambaka -About 5 minutes by car on the way in from Delphi but quite nice.

You might take a look at the Divani in Kalambaka, a very nice hotel and close enough to walk into town where there are many ATM's, restaurants, cafes, shops.

We had an enjoyable stay at the Divani Meteora and had a room with a view of the monasteries.

We stayed at Hotel Edelweiss last August. Right in the middle of town, air conditioned, pool, clean rooms, very comfortable, not luxury standard but only 60euros a night for a double room including breakfast. I thought it was great value and would stay there again

the Divani Meteora hotel is completely booked for the dates we need in Sept. Waiting to hear from Edelweiss. Does anyone have additional hotel suggestions for this area?
