Take the train to Paris. Find a centrally located hostel (you can find dorm accomodations ~35 euro/night), get a map, and do sightseeing on foot of all the major Paris stuff. You could easily spend 7 days in Paris. Plan to eat street foods, hit the markets, keeping your budget low.
