Help me fill a week in Oslo.

Hello! I lived in Norway for two years in the 1970s and 1980s and am returning to visit for the first time since 1990. I've booked a week in Oslo with no set itiniterary other than to visit some friends, and of course some of my old haunts. However, I'm sure the city has changed, and added a lot, and I'd like help finding things to do for a week in June that may not have been around 40+ years ago. I love music - worked as a performing songwriter for over 50 years, even wrote a Eurovision song in the 1970s! I'm ln my 70s now, a widower after 35 wonderful married years, traveling alone. Any and all suggestions most welcome. Tusen takk!
