HELP!!!!!! London Hotels
 

My friends and I are going to London next May/June and I need so help on hotels. We want something that will be $100-150. We were think of the Best Westerns, but I am not sure if they are good hotels. Any advise on these hotels or other. There will be 5 of us traveling and would like something in Oxford Street area. We used discountcityhotels.com and were able to book a room (for 3) at the Harrington Hall Hotel (four star deluxe)in the Kensington/Chelsea area for only 90 GBP per night!

Susan's advice is good. We stayed at Harrington Hall and it is great!! Better than the Thistle chain. And when we stayed last summer, we paid about 50 pounds more per night. Oxford Street is a good location, but so is South Kensington. With the tube, getting around is a snap from almost anywhere. Try for the discounts.

Jennifer -<BR><BR>You might check out the Comfort Inns in the Notting Hill section, as well. I stayed at the Comfort Inn Notting Gate in March for about $100/night. It was very convenient to the tube, a small hotel with breakfast and close to many shops and restaurants, as well as the Portobello Road area.<BR>Martha<BR>
