Help? Day Trip Rome Pisa Florence
-Is there a train service that allows stop at Pisa for a couple of hours enroute to Florence? What the cost of tickets ?
-what abt just Rome to Pisa n back? |
Hazel - There are 2 train routes to Pisa. One is via Florence. The other via Grosseto.
The route via Florence (by EUROSTAR) is quicker. Journey time this way is approx 2hrs 40mins each way. Roundtrip fare by Eurostar is € 59.00. Your best departure from Roma Termini is the 07.10 Eurostar, arriving Pisa 09.49. You could then take the 12.18 or 12.41 train from Pisa back to Florence for the afternoon. There are frequent trains back to Rome from Florence. For full train timetables see: www.trenitalia.it Hope this helps ... Steve |
Thank u v much. Steve.
