Help! Can't Print New Format
 

Am experiencing problems trying to print new format. Every time "Printer Can't Be Found" box comes up. Had no problem with old format of forum. <BR> <BR>Can anyone give me a step by step to correct this? <BR> <BR>Thanx! <BR>

I have no idea if this will apply if you're not using a Mac, but try it anyway. Click anywhere on the letter you're trying to print, and see if you can get a menu to appear that says "New window with this frame". If you can, click on that line and you should get a full-page version of that letter that will print. "Printer can't be found" might mean something is disconnected somewhere also. Does other stuff print okay? Otherwise, maybe some other experts out there have a solution, 'cause I'm just an idiot using a Mac and what do I know anyway?

<BR>Sadly, I am not truly computer literate, but what I do is the following. I highlight the response, copy it and then paste it onto a Word document. Then, I can edit, print, or save it onto a disk or hard drive. It's a few more steps than just print, but I can keep lots more on a disk. Then I can print whatever I need. Hope this helps. Erika

Put your cursor on the right side of the frame (Question & Answer side). Left click on your mouse and then click on the print icon. It should print a copy of the question and all answers. Hope I explained it correctly.
