help can't find tgv train from cdg airport to avignon

Unfortunately, I'm at the last minute trying to book a TGV train from CDG airport to Avignon TGV. From this forum, I know that there are several trains that run each day. I am trying to book for Sat, Aug 3rd and thought a Sat schedule might be the problem, but if I go to either the SNCF site or RailEurope to look for trains the only TGV out of Paris to Avignon is from Gare de Lyon. I have tried putting in many different dates, as far out as November and I don't see any TGV trains running from CDG to Avigon. Any advice ASAP please? Thanks!

First of all, Saturday is the 4th. And I found the sncf site and there are several trains. Put in Roissy as the departure point... 90E's if you leave at 7:30 am

if you put CDG into the search box for departure you may not get any - i think it's something like paris aeroport CDG 1, 2 or 3 as your choices. Someone will give you the right wording but CDG i think turns up zilch.

Aug 3rd is on one of the very busiest travel weekends of the year in France. Good luck!

On the SNCF site enter either Aeroport CDG 2 TGV or Roissy as your departure point. Departure times for direct trains are 10:10, 11:50, and 12:11. Departure times with a connection in Lyon are 07:31, 09:45, and 13:10.

Thank you all for your input. The only way to book the TGV from CDG airport is as SuziCll suggested: to input Roissy as the departure point. Aeroport CDG1 S(95)is listed as an option, but when entered as the departure point the following message always appeared: "no trains after time indicated". This was very confusing, because I tried various times(morning, afternoon and evening) and this message always appeared. It seems Roissy is the only destination point it recognizes and for those not familiar with Paris this was very confusing. Thanks for the help!

Otherwise it is called "AEROPORT CDG 2 TGV" on the French version of the website. NEVER try with CDG 1.
