Help! Aegean Airlines booking info & baggage
 

I have a booking in June: Athens to Santorini. I also re-booked my return flight to one day later.
I originally purchased the go light fare & paid for the extra baggage of 15Euros each for each flight return.
I was just checking my booking & it comes up with baggage allowance & the excess baggage number for the flight to Santorini but it doesn't show it for the return flight back to Athens.
It also says "your reservation has been confirmed, but there was an error when trying to issue the tickets, in order to get your ticket number please contact our reservations department."
but there is ticket numbers showing clearly on the page for each adult.
Anyone know what I should do?
I am about to leave from Australia for a 8 week holiday & don't know whether I should be concerned or what to do.
I was also wondering when I bought the original flight then re booked, does the extra bags I purchased still carry over to the re booked return flight?
I still have the original rebooking email that states the baggage for both flights & excess baggage numbers & also tickets numbers.

I think the best answer you will get only from Aegean Airlines directly, everyone else can only guess.

Why don't you email them?

I've had good luck e-mailing Aegean, though it does take a few days at least for them to answer.

I think you should try to contact Aegean Airlines officials. They are the only people who could help you out. You should mail them, it may take a little time but it will be solved.
