Hello, my name is Aramis and I am a Zurek addict.

I fell in love with Polish food the moment I tasted my first Zurek. I consider it the most underrated food on the continent. Poland deserves to be known for far more than Pierogies!I will be in Wroclaw and Gdansk this October and plan to enjoy 1-2 Zurek per day along with everything else (Man, can you folks ever cook with mushrooms!!!!! World class!).

Can those in the know please recommend where I can find some good Zurek. I love the quail egg, the smokiest sausage possible and the bread bowl, but if there are regional specialties, I am all in.

I would like 4-5 recommendations in each of Wroclaw and Gdansk, please. An maybe one in Torun for the day trip there......

Oh man, I'm slobbering on my keyboard already.......
