We will be arriving by train for three days in June and seek ideas on accomodation. Objective is 4 star , memorable stay, large beds, conveniently located. Any ideas greatly appreciated. Thank you.

We stayed at the Ritter a couple of years ago and it was very nice, I don't actually remember if it was a 4 star, but It might be. I would stay there again, very central.

Hotel Zum Ritter is an historic hotel in the old district. Its a great locale but a cobblestone type area. Classy, memorable, and not too expensive.

Hi; We also stayed at the Hotel Zum Ritter. If you consider that hotel, make sure you get a 'delux room' looking out at the cathederal. www.ritter-heidelberg.de iris1745/dick
