Heathrow to Manchester Airport
 

After a 6 AM landing at Heathrow, what would be the best/easiest way to get to Manchester Airport? Is it possible to catch the train at Heathrow or would it be necessary to go into London?

The (seemingly!) best option I can find is the Heathrow Express into Paddington, then to Manchester Picadilly and then on to the airport.

Hi,<BR><BR>How about a flight with British airways or bmi British midland from Heathrow to Manchester airport? Flight time around 50 minutes and with the new pricing structures on both airlines ( ie no saturday night min stay) you can get a return from around &pound;70 inlcuding taxes.

We're considering it. Unfortunately, the British Midland website is down today. BA quoted 126 GBP per person one way--we don't need a return.
