"<i>re-reading the OP I think that's the station the OP wants...it's called Bayswater station and is on Queensway</i>"

That isn't how I read it. I assume the info is from the Hotel . . It looks to me like it is in Bayswater, near the Queensway station. If the place is in Bayswater and close to the Bayswater station -- why even mention Queensway except for walking directions after leaving the tube station?

Now none of us know for sure til we hear back from the OP and the 2 stations are near each other so no big deal one way or the other..

But if it was me, unless I was really strapped for money, I'd take a car service for this trip, no matter which station is closest. I've taken the tube hundreds (probably thousands) of times -- but w/ big luggage and transfer(s) a car service is usually much better.

although I admit it's not clear does she mean the Bayswater station on Queensway or the Queensway station on Bayswater Road....oh well but we agree Queensway station ain't easy from Heathrow (nor is Lancaster Gate which is the closest to many of the b&b"s in that area or even Marble Arch where there are a couple of hotels!

I agree with Texas. We also used Justairports. Call several times--we got three differnt quots (low, lowe, and lowest!) and ended up paying jus 22 pounds from Kensington to LHR. Your price should be clse to that. the servce from all the reps, as well as the driver, was excellent.
