Thank you! Did not get this in time but had a good lunch at lil cocotte.

Tomorrow we head to Monpazier and Biron. Restaurants recs there appreciates too.

Monpazier - Chez Minou or La Bastide.

Never eaten in Biron, so can't help with that.

Thank you St. Cirq. Some of our group
were so hungry after touring Chateau de
Biron so we ate at the restaurant right near
the chateau. It hit the spot! Most of us
had salads with chicken. There is
something so much better about the way
they cook the chicken in France or maybe
it is just fresher vs US. Had this many times
on this trip for lunch and it was always so
delish!

Hi, foolforfrance.

My DH and I never fail to be amazed at how utterly delicious the chicken is around here. It's simply the tastiest chicken on the planet, no matter how it's cooked.

The same cannot be said for the beef, sadly. We have yet to find a decent steak anywhere around here.

Anyway, glad you ate well!
