Glad you are now all set with the apartment. Sorry you will not be there when I am there January to March and our fun 'La Jour de la Marmotte celebration!

You should get to see F & M maybe before they head south for the holidays...

Scootoir....I do remember. We chose the Seyssel mostly for the location (we really love to be closer to the 5th/6th area and because it is bigger. The Kir was fine but turned out to be an unfortunate choice since we both got sick during the trip. You just need more space when you get as sick as we got! :-) Will definitely give a review of the apartment.

Joan-they need to decorate for Marmotte to get us more in the mood to go during that time frame! Kidding, could never be on vacation during that time of the year, I don't think.

Paris is grand in December. I especially liked popping into the different high-end hotels and seeing their decorations.
The Musee Marmottan-my new favorite museum-is in a great neighborhood so save some time for wandering the streets from the RER to the museum.
