I don't think the description of the location is deceptive at all, especially since they give the exact street address. It IS only steps from Blvd Saint-Germain.

I like the location. Lots of wonderful restaurants and shopping nearby. Very convenient for buses or metro.

The market at Maubert-Mutualite (Tues, Thurs, Sat) is one of my favorites, along with Monge (Wed, Fri, Sat).
