Have you stayed at Montebuoni in Siena?
We are thinking of staying there with our 3 children for a week this summer. Any reviews?
The suites we are considering are Casa Allagra and La Taverna.
Many thanks.

thank you for posting the links, francewithfive.
they both look lovely, but i suspect that they are in the middle of nowhere - I looked on google maps and see no little bustling towns nearby, where you can pop into a cafe or bar for a drink or just to buy some milk.
if this matters to you, I suggest that you ask the agents how long it would take to get to the nearest proper town - and I don't mean Florence or Siena, but somewhere where there are a couple of restaurants, a cafe, a bar and some food shops.
have you looked at others in other positions?
