Have you stayed at either of these Vacation In Paris apartment rentals?
We are taking two of our daughters (ages 10 & 11) to Paris in June, and are debating between 2 rentals available through VacationinParis.com. Has anyone stayed at #227 or #84? Both are in the St Germain/Latin Quarter and look lovely.

Haven't stayed in either, but 227 looks smaller, the frontroom and kitchen are very tiny and that seems to be where the children would sleep. I'd go for 84 with the loft for the girls. Both properties look great.

I haven't stayed in either of these, but we were in VIP's Classique #08 a few weeks ago. We found the company very good to work with. I will definitely use VIP again when we return to Paris.
I'd concur that I'd go for #84 with the loft bedroom for the children to avoid the hassle of making up a sofabed every night.

Same here... Used VIP 2 years ago and stayed in #22. Very nice and VIP was helpful, efficient, etc. Yes, 227 looks a bit "cozier," as they like to say... sounds better than small;-) Just make sure you're comfortable with the girls in the loft. My daughter wakes up during the night to use the bathroom so I'd be nervous about the steps when she's half asleep.
