I have been in touch with the owner who gave another website with more pictures. I am satisfied with what I see but if there's anyone out there who has rented this apartment or another from the same owner (first name Didier but I can't recall his last name and my email is down so I can't retrieve it) I'd like to hear from you.

I want to know how available he is for problems, how you got into the apartment when you arrived, were there any surprises (good and bad), and anything else I should know?

My apologies to those who pulled this thread up and received no response from me. Shortly after I posted I got a hotel room in Paris through Skyauction and although I was still on the site daily while planning for the trip, I didn't see this one again.

More recently I'd been not checking Fodors while nursing my disappointment about a trip that didn't happen this past December and missed those too.

I'm finding it hard to believe that it's been such a long time since I clicked on my own screen to even notice these posts had come to the top!

So, this is just to apologize. I can't offer any info.

I just returned from a week in this studio and we were very pleased! I know this thread is old, but the information may still be sought by someone. We liked the location, the building was quiet, and there were plenty of things to see, do, and eat in the area. We used both buses and Metro(as well as walking a lot!).
