Has anyone visited Lisini Winery in Montalcino area?
Lisini makes one of my husband's favorite brunellos. He is hoping to visit the winery when we're in tuscany next June, but I can't seem to find much information on it. Has anyone been there?

I haven't visited the winery but drove by it last October and have to agree with your husband's taste. The winery is just off the road which leads to Banfi and is near the village of San Angelo in Colle. The phone is 0577844040/31 and fax 0577844219. I have no idea whether they accept visitors but you could always try.
Best idea is to go to the enoteca in the Fortezza and try to obtain the map and info put out by the Consorzio Del Vino Brunello Di Montalcino-- they also have a website www.consorziobrunellodimontalcino.it/
