Has anyone used Trafalgar's Breakaway tours?
 

I am doing preliminary research on tours for a first trip to Europe and would like some feedback regarding Trafalgar's Breakaway tours for people 21-38-years-old. My husband and I are in our late 20's and find the 9am-start and similar-age-group factors appealing; we also don't feel comfortable making the travel arrangements on our own. We are specifically interested at the 12-day Italy tour and would like to know how rigorous this tour is. Thanks in advance!

Have you tried the trafalgartours.com travel board, to read likes and dislikes of their travellers.

We took a Trafalgar Winter Break tour to Italy. It too was our first European vacation. The price was good and the hotels were nice although not in the center of things. We often wanted to see things that were not on the tour and would go off on our own. It was fine but since then we make our own travel arrangements, take trains, rent cars etc.
