Has anyone used Friendly Rentals in Barcelona?
 

I have looked at several sites for apartment rentals in Barcelona and Friendly Rentals seems to have the nicest. I used Maribel's suggestion to find them. Has anyone used this rental agency before? I'm trying to see if we can get one close to Passeig de Gracia.

I'm considering two apartments in L'Eixample - the Ceesepe or the Rosa III both on Pasea san Joan. They are both significantly less expensive than other apartments in L'Eixample and I'm wondering if that's due to location. Any info?

I've checked both
The Rosa III is right on Passeig de Sant Joan (Paseo de San Juan in Spanish) In the Right Eixample, near the Tetuán metro stop, a good location-not in the center, center, but still fine. Should be a 6 block walk from the Passeig de Gracia and the Eixample's epicenter, Placa de Catalunya. The Ceesepe is one block further west towards the Passeig de Gracia.

Thanks so much Maribel. It's so difficult to imagine neighbourhoods when the city is unfamiliar and I'm really looking for something more residential than La Rambla.
