Has anyone used Eurofly's direct non-stop flights from New York to/from Palermo??
My husband and I are planning to return to Palermo again in September and were told that EuroFly Airlines has direct non stop flights to and from Palermo from New York's JFK. I have not heard of this airline before and was wondering how reliable they are??

I did use Eurofly in September for JFK -> Bologna. I thought they were just fine. I don't recall any problems.
By the way, I was "involuntarily exiled." I didn't see this earlier anyway. But I'm doing some thinking.

I've not looked at the page recently, but it's possible that because the flights are seasonal, they don't post prices until the flights are about to start again.
When I bought my ticket in the summer, I actually called them to check that it was legitimate (that I was booked, etc.). I got the impression that the toll free number led me to an agent in Italy (just a guess, no hard proof), and they took a long time to pick up the phone.
But things were fine in the end.

My husband and I would up booking our flights to Rome and Palermo thru Eurofly this coming September. Make sure you are going to the correct web site www.euroflyusa.com - click on flights - put in dates and prices are there. They have another web site - euroflyvacations.com that is for travel agents only. You can also book "Open jaw" flights which is what my husband and I did.

I just booked round trip tickets FROM Palermo TO New York for two adults and two children for $2000 (June 18 until July 15). This being a direct flight its easier for us with little ones and the price is the best at the moment. I will certainly be posting my experience with them in July when we return!
