has anyone use initaly.com

considering using initaly.com to book reservations in Rome and Florence, anyone had any experience with them?

Wonderful site and good people. You can use them or you can book directly with the hotels and save about 15%.

They are a wonderful company. We used them to rent a villa in Tuscany. I would (as bobthenavigator mentioned)contact hotels by yourself. I would find my own villa now. It's too easy with the internet now to make reservations and save.

I agree with the previous posters, it is a convenient site for booking reservations, but you can save money by going directly to the hotels, etc.
Bookings aside, initaly is a wonderful source of information when researching a trip to Italy.
