Has anyone stayed in an apartment belonging to paris perfect?

While searching for nice apartments in Paris I came across parisperfect.com. There apartments look amazing and are reasonably priced. I would like to know if anyone has stayed there and there experience. Also, how is the location? Is it close to a grocery store?

Put "Paris Perfect" in search box and you will come up with some recommendations.

Stayed there in October at the Cabernet: as good as the pictures! Grocery store is across the street.
Stood on the balcony every night and figured out from looking out at the view every night. Owners nice. Had a medical problem and Philippe got me into one of the best cardiologists right away; wouldn't have been possible on our own. It doesn't have anything to do with the apartments, but their extra effort made all the difference to us.

We have been discussing them at length recently, so yes, do a search and you will get quite a few notes. Personally I prefer the location of the Latin Quarter or 6th to the Eiffel Tower (7th)location of Parisperfect, but yes it is a nice neighborhood.
I also looked at booking one for next summer, but found something on St. Germaine from another source that was larger, looked nicer and less "cramped", and was AIR-CONDITIONED, as well as $175 a week cheaper. That was for a one bedroom. But if you are looking for a two bedroom (and especially a 2 bedroom with 2 baths) they really like a good deal.

I was intrigued with parisperfect and took a look. As Patrick I prefer the Latin Qtr./St. Germain districts. However, I didn't see any apartments offered in these areas from parisperfect-only nearby the Eiffel Tower. The apartments look very nice but the area is generally quiet in comparison to the 5th & 6th arrs. The area, therefore, is very good and safe. Each district has grocery stores and restaurants but I feel in the 16th dist. around the Eiffel Tower they're limited; again, the 5th & 6th have alot of selection. But this is only my preference.

Patrick, What is your "other source" for an apt. on St. G.? Please share, thanks, Mike.

Sorry, I had listed it on another thread but here it is again.

I went to http://france-apartment.com which is a website which lists dozens of other specific websites for Paris rentals as well as individual rentals and even classified ads. I sifted through them all for days. I have also looked at all the major websites. My goal was to keep it at $200 or less a night (for a week), find a place without any extra charges (except a deposit), have a nicely furnished and comfortable 1 bedroom apartment that was air conditioned since I'll be there the last of July and first of August.

Most apartments I found just didn't "turn me on at all". I can't deal with a small "double" sized bed, nor one that is pushed against a wall on one side. I also wanted a bathroom with a shower, not just a hand-held in the tub, or a tiny booth of a shower. If above the second actual floor, I'd definitely want an elevator. And of course, location - location - location.
I really don't want to stay in a place that reminds me of the way I lived in a dormitory in college, which many of them do. These are all things that are important to me, and hopefully I've found one with the one I got, which is a privately owned apartment on St. Germaine near Odeon (I'm familiar with the exact location). You can see this one on its own website: www.sant.com.
It's not overly impressive, but it meets all my criteria and was even available for my exact dates (not a Saturday to Saturday often required).
It is owned and rented directly by someone living in SanFrancisco but they have an agent to meet me with the keys, etc.
