Has anyone stayed at the Bourg-Tibourg or Hotel Rivoli Notre Dame in Paris?
 
Has anyone stayed at the Bourg-Tigbourg or Hotel Rivoli Notre Dame in Paris? I believe that these are both the same hotel with a name change as they are both listed with the same address. Clean? Cozy? Friendly? Location? Anything else?
