Has anyone had any experience with the Kenning Car Rental Company?
I just purchased London for Less and they site the Kenning Car Rental as a good place to get a car.
Anyone have any experience with this company.
I need to get the car at Gatwick and drop off in central london.
They do seem to have cars that I am more familiar with than other car companies.
Thank you for your time in responding.

No.
But I wouldn't rely on any of the recommendations you've been give, which seem not to have read your question.
1. "They do seem to have cars that I am more familiar with than other car companies" They don't. No-one does. Except for a few very pricey specialists in very pricey cars, car hire companies virtually all use the same fleet. This year, in this country, Avis might favour Ford and Hertz GM (or vv). But that's it. They all use only cars assembled in the EU - and whether you're familiar with the brand names is wholly irrelevant. Search this forum, for example, for the hysterical conniptions Americans go into at the thought of driving a Ford Focus: completely different cars on either side of the Atlantic
2. "drop off in central london" What's your definition of central London, and what's theirs? I've got no idea (or interest). But a mismatch of a few miles is easy and, if you're unused to driving on the proper side or unfamiliar with a topgraphy based on 2,000 year-old street layouts, can mean several hours of driving frustration.
The best advice for most foreigners about dropping cars off in central London is "don't". Failing that: make sure you're dealing with a hire company you'll be able to find and get to. Forget what silly brand names they or their cars go under.

flanner: The OP is from ten years ago. Not quite sure why bwomelsdorf registered to top this.
Does Kenning even exist anymore? I haven't heard of them in years -- vaguely remember some link between Kenning and Sixt but not sure about that . . .

They were taken over by Sixt I believe. At least the rental locations that I know of that were Kennings are now Sixt, especially those around the LHR area. The company I worked for 10-15 years ago, used Kennings within the UK for car rentals.
