Yes, I've been a couple of times, but my kids were younger. It has a lot of hands-on exhibits. Last time I was there there was a fabulous "World Cup" robot competition going on. That would probably interest a 16-year-old, but in general I think it's geared toward younger kids. And to get much out of it, you'd need to understand French.
