Has anyone eaten at Paul Bocuse outside of Lyon?

And what were your impressions?

No. But for an interesting article on Bocuse and an international cooking competition named after him see the current issue of the Smithsonian Magazine......

We were on a rhone river cruise last year and 2 couples at our table went for lunch- they said it was very expensive but WORTH every penny--totally recommend it -they said it was an experience of a lifetime--

I was there last September and it was fantastic! The chateau and grounds are beautiful, and the students from the Bocuse cooking school prepared and served our meal AND were responsible for the decoration and design of the restaurant! We had quail and it was delicious. We even got a fast tour of the kitchen when I asked...

Go if you can!

Wendy
