Has anyone booked with airfare.com?

Spring fares to Europe seem to be about $100 less (at the moment) than all the usual other resources.

I was about to post this question but searched the archives first and found this. There was also another post that is more recent where aifare.com was discussed - if anyone has used them and are they reliable - since they seem to be able to beat the airfare from different sites I've checked(airline, travelocity and expedia). I encountered that site by using Kayak, which I found through this very helpful group. I hope some of the previous posters who were thinking of purchasing their tickets from this consolidator can share their experience. Thank you very much!

I have used airfare.com. I bought a DFW - CDG RT ticket thru them for $888 incl tax when AA.COM had the same fare for about $1150 + tax. I didn't experience any problems, but we haven't actually went on the trip yet. It is next month.

It seems like the CSR's are in India, but the one I had was very professional and knew his stuff. The flight record showed up on aa.com immeadiately after purchasing it, which was a relief. I asked how they could offer such low fares and he said that they weren't technically consolidators but that they get volume discounts from AA and pass them on. Either way, I was happy with the deal I got. I also found them through Kayak.com.
