I stayed there last year for two nights. The location is very convenient, especially if you're coming or going anywhere by bus--like Florence. It's only a block or so away from the bus station. And it's an easy walk to the Campo. The entrance is set back about 150 feet from the main pedestrian shopping street.
I asked for a quiet room although I don't know that any of the rooms are noisy. My room was large but modest at best. And boy was it quiet. It really had no window except something more like a skylight. I had trouble with the lack of natural light and air movement, but got used to it. It's all they seemed to have available for my stay, probably since a Rick Steves' tour group was there. I didn't try breakfast since the breakfast room was full with the tour group.
The help ranged from being very accommodating to grumpy. I'd consider it again, but would make sure that the room had a real window.
