Has anybody heard about the rome apartment Residenza Giubbonari?

I found this apartment complex suggested on a fodors forum. Has anybody heard about it? Is it a nice area?

I've read some posts about it on Fodor's in the past that mentioned some rooms/apartments get a lot of street noise.

I stayed there a few years ago. Blue apt on the 1st floor. Location is very good. Close to campo dei fiori, Largo Argentina (buses), grocery stores & bakery right around the corner. It's on a pedestrian street which is nice - no cars, buses, scooters.

There is street noise on some nights - voices from reveling pedestrians going to and fro. The double paned windows shut out the noise quite well, but you had to keep them shut.

We stayed in their Green Apt (4th floor) in Nov 2007 and were very pleased. As above, we felt the location was great. The apartment itself was very clean and well kept. (A big plus was that it had a washer and dryer. We were there with my 22 month old, so that was a big help.) In terms of the noise, we did hear some street noise in the living when the windows were open, but certainly not to the point of annoyance. However, we were there in Nov, so there was likely less foot traffic than there might be in a busier season. Also, IIRC, most nights we closed the windows before bed. The bedrooms were in back of the apartment, so further from the noise.
