Hi, Beatrice. If I remember correctly, the Planet Hollywood in London is near Piccadilly Circus.

While the Planet Hollywood in Paris is located on Champs-Elysees.

Am not so sure about the Hard Rock Cafe, though.
The Hard Rock Cafe in London is at 150 Old Park Lane. It is the original HRC, established in 1971. Nearest tube station is Hyde Park Corner.

Visited Planet Hollywood in London this past February and found the prices to be pretty much the same as you'd expect in the states(around $15 - 20 per person without booze). If you do eat there, you and your friends might enjoy a spin through Sega World which is practically next door to PH near Picadilly Circus - seems like a silly place to spend time while surrounded by the splendors of Europe - but hey - fun is fun!

Hard Rock Paris is located Bd. Montmartre. Use metro stop Grande Boulevard or Richelieu-Drouot. It is between the two a block or so from either stop. I don't know about the prices.

Hard Rock in Paris: prices are pretty much in line with US - high-end funky food prices you're paying for the atmosphere...it's on a main street.
Hard Rock in London: near the Wellington Arch (behind Buckingham Palace - which is sort of a fun thing to say)
Re Planet Hollywood: company's in Chapter 11 and closing many locations. Make sure Paris/London sites are still open in February.
In London, Maxwell's in Covent Garden is about 20 yrs old, ahead of Hard Rock in the memorabilia concept.
