Happy Easter! How I wish I were in Rome. From the televised reports, I thought the Pope looked better today than he had in some time....but it is a pity and quite the commentary on our times that security was higher at the Vatican today than any other time in modern history...

Today is also my birthday, and given all that's happened in the past year, I'm just really relieved and grateful to be able to be here on earth to celebrate it!
