Handling luggagein Paris
I will be flying to CDG in Paris in a few days. I will be in France for two weeks visiting my brother who lives in Normandy. He probably won't be able to meet me at airport. He wants me to take Air France van to a meeting location where we will see Paris for day and then take train to Dieppe. My question is can I store my bag while seeing Paris? I've been told that one can't store bags at airports.I will have my carryon bag plus one suitcase.

I don't think this is a good plan. There isn't anyplace you can store luggage at the Air France bus stops that I am aware of.
I suspect the train to Dieppe probably leaves from Gare du Nord, doesn't it? It would make a lot more sense to take the RER train into Paris to Gare du Nord and leave your bags there, as they do have a place to leave luggage at that train station. If the train leaves from St Lazare, you could still do that and then walk from the Gare du Nord RER station over to La Chapelle metro station, which is on the line to St Lazare. It is connected, even though a bit of a walk to the Gare du Nord station. Air France doesn't have any facilities at their bus stops to store luggage. |
Not sure if you can leave bags on arrival at the shuttle terminal in town, but surely your brother can ascertain that with a couple of phone calls?
If not, change plans and take the RER suburban train from CDG T2 to Gare du Nord where there are lockers and such, then have your brother pick you up from there. |
Can't OP leave luggage at Gare Montparnasse? Air France coaches go there.

Travelnut is right. If OP takes Air France bus #4 he can arrange with his brother to be picked up at either the Gare de Lyon or Montparnasse.
