gym in lagos for aerobics, pilates, etc.
I checked some websites that took me to the gym called Lagos Em Forma. I also saw Lift Fitness. I am interested in group classes. Sometimes the internet lies. Are both gyms still in business, and doing group classes? It looks like they will let you pay by the day. Any other recommendations? Thanks.
