Guiides and tours in Budapest

I am not sure if I did this in another format earlier. Ideas regarding pvt guides (if worthwhile, versus reg tours in Budapest). Thank you

please advise what is ttt

ttt means "to the top." If someone does not have any info on your subject, he/she sometimes puts "topping" or "ttt" in the response box to bring your post to the top (#1 position) so people will see it and perhaps respond to your question. Another reason for topping is to make a post visible to someone looking for info from a previous post.

In other words...cigale is being kind to you and trying to help you out.

I may have answered this before. We booked our guide and driver through the Hilton in Buda where we were staying. He was very good--he made sure we had a good overview but he was also flexible and listened to what we wanted to see. We thought it was very good value but this was 5 years ago. There were four of us; I think it worked out to around $35 each, which included a tip for both guide and driver.
