Guide service in Rome

We are looking for experiences with guide service in Rome that would be able to customize a tour. 2-3 days individual service. Not interested in any form of "group tours".

ScalaReale.com may be of interest. This organization can provide customized tours of historical sights, as well as their regular tours on a private basis. The organization is made up of scholars, art historians, primarily accadamians. We had used them on our first trip to Rome and plan on using them on our return next year.

Yes, although Scala Reale limits even their "group" tours to six participants, some family members of mine booked private tours with them.
I recommend them as well, as do many people here.

Another vote for Scala Reale.

e-mail [email protected], and tell him what you'd like to see. He'll e-mail you back a quotation.
