Guide for Spain 1/2 day Walking Tours

Hello - I posted a question here on Friday asking "Who is the Michael Osman for Spain?" I cannot find the post now so I don't know if anyone was recommended. I haven't been able to get to the PC since Friday morning. I am looking for a guide to give my family a 1/2 day tour of Sevilla and of Cordoba. Has anyone used Paseando por Sevilla or Olespain? I know of Magical Spain but they are very expensive and don't really answer emails. Perhaps someone knows a local student or American expat that gives tours? Thanks for any help.

Paseando por Sevilla are really nice young people, most of them proffesional guides or Art and History graduates.
They offer very good service in English. I usually recomend them to the guests staying at the hotel where I work in Seville and they are always happy with the experience. They have set tours but will tailor to meet your needs, too.

About Cordoba I don´t know, but I would check tourist info webpages, they normally list guide associations, tourist offices, etc.
Thank you very much for the recommendation Olga. I have read your responses here before and I do trust your judgment. I have sent an email to Paseando por Sevilla to reserve space. They do also offer tours in Cordoba so this should work out nicely. Thanks again.

I'm not sure if you are going to barcelona, but if you are you can look at www.barcelonainsider.com for information on private tours

Olga - I know you work at a hotel in Sevilla but I am not sure which one. What do you know about the Villa de la Palmera? It is a bit outside of the city center, but it seems quite lovely. Is this one you are familiar with? Thank you. Stacey

I work at Las Casas de los Mercaderes, in the historic district.

I just posted something about the Villa de la Palmera a few days ago, you can search it. I haven´t stayed personally, but a friend did.
