Guide/Driver Douro
 

We are traveling to the Douro region in the beginning of October and would like to hire a driver for the day to show us around. Any recommendations? We contacted Pedro Cardoso, who came highly recommended, however he was booked. We'd like to see Amarante and Pinhao, taste some delicious wines and perhaps take a river cruise.

Any recommendations for a reliable, knowledgeable guide would be so appreciated!

When we were in Porto we booked a day trip to the Douro with efun tours which was great. They do private tours, would be worth checking to see if they can meet your needs.
