Guest Reservations or Hotelvalues
 

To every traveller - do not use the Guest Reservations or Hotelvalues websites or respond to their emails. They are a scam group who prey on unsuspecting travel bookers. Has anyone else had problems with this group?? If so were you able to resolve your problems??
