Group Transportation in French Riviera

In August, we are hosting a group of approximately 25 people for my husband's 60th birthday. Our "home base" for four days is St. Raphael, France (about 35 miles west of Nice). I am wanting to organize a few group day trips but am having trouble finding a tour company/transportation company that can transport our group to a couple of places. I am thinking a day trip to Nice, a day trip to Gorges du Verdon, and a tour of the Provence countryside (lavender fields if they are still in bloom). Does anybody have a lead on a company that can help me book this transportation and/or guide services? We have asked our hotel and they are simply slow in responding and I want to get this part of the trip settled so I can move on to other trip planning. Any guidance or suggestions will be greatly appreciated!!

Contact the Nice/ Cote d'Azur Tourist Office for a listing of tour bus operators that could take your group on a personalized trip.

And Provence proper is about 2 1/2 hrs away - so just getting there & back, loading, parking, unloading will consume at least 6 hrs of the day.

Also, if any in your group have visited the Grand Canyon in the US, the Gorges du Verdun will be a little disappointing, IMO. Plus the people on the "wrong" side of the bus won't be able to see much. And, (this is just a guess) I wouldn't be surprised if large transportation vehicles are not allowed on the most scenic part of this area - the Route des Cretes. If you do choose to go, however, visit nearby Moustiers also.

If this was my group, I would research train schedules and offer trips by train to:
Antibes
Nice
Villa Ephrussi de Rothchild (probably need to take a bus from Nice)
Menton.

A private hired bus would be OK for Villa Ephrussi

Agree that the local tourist office is the way to go. They will have a list of companies that provide buses/drivers in the local area and then you can contact them for references and bids for these trips.
